Pan Am Plaza Deal Falls Through

I shared awhile back about the a real estate deal that would put the Pan Am Plaza into the hands of a new developer.

With the bottom falling out of the sub-prime lending market, the developer, Principle Equity Management has backed out of it’s deal because of a reduction in commitment from one of its lenders.

This is too bad, I think this is a really prime chunk of real-estate that could become a central hot spot for downtown Indy if developed by the right developers and right motivation.
